The brief

Snowfox’s marketing site had grown organically in WordPress and Elementor. It was slow, hard to change and held together by plugins. The team wanted a site that matched the product’s quality, loaded instantly and could be updated quickly, ideally without a traditional CMS.

What we did

We rebuilt the entire site in Astro with typed content collections, so every blog post, resource and landing page is version-controlled content the team can edit and deploy in minutes. We recreated the navigation with mega menus, rebuilt the interactive components that couldn’t be migrated, ported the full design token system from the old site, and wired the forms (contact, newsletter, quiz and landing pages) to Pipedrive through Netlify serverless functions.

The result

A dramatically faster site, a build timeline measured in weeks rather than months, and a content workflow the team runs themselves.
