Domains and email

The boring stuff that takes your site and email down when it goes wrong.

Your domains, DNS and business email, set up properly and kept in your name, so nothing expires, breaks or gets held hostage by an old agency. We manage, we never own.

Who this is for

Anyone whose domains or email are scattered or out of reach.

Any business that has ever lost a domain, had email land in spam, found its DNS in a former supplier’s account or still emails customers from a Gmail address.

What domains and email covers

The records nobody looks at until they break.

Domains moved out of old accounts and into your name.

Domains registered by a former agency or a long-gone employee are the ones that cause trouble. We track them down, move them across and register every one to you. We manage it; you own it.

Three records decide whether your email arrives.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC tell inboxes your mail is really from you. Set correctly, it lands. Set wrongly or not at all, it goes to spam or bounces, and most businesses never find out why.

Every domain secure and pointing where it should.

Secondary domains and the www and non-www versions of your address all redirect to one place, each with a valid SSL certificate, so nobody lands on a warning page.

Renewals tracked, in your name.

Every domain you own goes on one register with its renewal date, registrar and DNS host. Auto-renew is on, the card on file is yours, and you get a note before anything is due.

What's included

Registered to you, looked after by us.

FAQ

Questions about domains and email

Still got a question? Send it through the contact page and you'll hear back within a working day.

Who owns the domains?

You do. Every domain is registered in your name. We manage them for you, but we never own them.

Can you move domains away from our old agency?

Yes. We track down where each domain is registered, get it unlocked and move it across into your name.

Can you set up our business email?

Yes. We set up email addresses on your own domain, so you write to customers as your business rather than from a Gmail account, and add the records that keep your mail out of spam.

Will our email stop working during a move?

It shouldn't. We copy the existing records before anything changes, move the domain carefully and check SPF, DKIM and DMARC afterwards so your email keeps landing.

How do renewals work?

Every domain goes on one register with its renewal date. Auto-renew is on, reminders are set well ahead, and once a year we go through everything with you.
