What a care plan does

Changes go live in minutes, not meetings.

Every change runs through the same pipeline: commit, build, deploy, live. Small changes from your monthly hours are usually live within a working day, and nothing goes out without a passing build.

If it goes down, we know before you do.

Uptime checks run every minute from several locations. An alert goes to us, not you, and the fix is usually in hand before anyone at your end has noticed.

Every night, a copy you can go back to.

Daily backups of the site and its content, kept for thirty days. If something is deleted or a change goes wrong, we restore the last good version in minutes.

Updates applied before they become problems.

Frameworks, dependencies and platforms get patched on a schedule, tested on a preview first. You never log in to click an update button and hope.

Do I have to have a care plan if you built my site?

No, but most clients do. If you'd rather host it yourself we'll hand everything over with instructions.

Can you look after a site you didn't build?

Usually yes. We'll do a quick review first so we know what we're taking on.

Where will my site be hosted?

On Netlify, Vercel, Kinsta or WP Engine, depending on how your site is built. We pick the one that suits it and manage it for you.

What does a care plan cost?

It depends on your site, how it's built, how often it changes and how quickly you need things done. We'll recommend a plan and quote a monthly price once we've had a look.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Hours are for the month they're in. Bigger pieces of work are quoted separately, and care plan clients get priority scheduling.

What happens if my site goes down?
